An Agent That Takes Your Customer's First Call

Your lead books a call. An agent joins it already briefed on who they are and what they asked about, talks with them, and leaves a transcript and the agreed next steps behind.

It arrives having done the reading

Before the call, a research run enriches the lead — the company, what they do, what they asked about. The agent joins with that brief already in its instructions, so the first two minutes are not spent asking.

A meeting, not a chat widget

It joins the video call your customer booked, speaks, listens, and is interrupted like anybody else. No pop-up, no typing, no waiting for a reply.

The transcript is the deliverable

What was said, what was asked and what was agreed come back attached to the lead — so whoever picks the relationship up next starts from the conversation, not from a summary of it.

Briefed by your product, safely

Your backend passes context about the lead with the invite. Research is referenced by run id rather than pasted as text, so the agent reads a record we produced rather than a string somebody could write for it.

Your agent, your persona

The persona, the voice and what it is allowed to promise are yours to define. It introduces itself as working for you, because it does.

The job

“Someone fills in the form at eleven at night. By the time a human gets to them on Tuesday, they have talked to two competitors.”

The first conversation with an inbound lead is the one that decides whether there is a second, and it is the one nobody has capacity for. So it gets a form auto-reply, a queue, and a call two days later where the first five minutes are spent establishing what the lead already wrote down.

Your backend makes one API call, authenticated as your organisation, naming the agent and the meeting to join, with whatever your product knows about the lead. The agent shows up to the call, introduces itself as working for you, and has the conversation. Afterwards the transcript is available to read.

The research step is the part that changes how the call feels. An agent that opens with “I saw you’re building in the logistics space and asked about on-premise deployment — is that a compliance requirement or a latency one?” is having a different conversation than one that opens with “how can I help?”.

The proof is our own front door

The lead form on this site runs this loop. Real submissions come in, get confirmed, get researched, and get a call with an agent that has read the brief. We would not ask you to put your brand on a motion we were not willing to put ours on.

Honest state

Live, and being used. Lead capture, confirmation, the research run before the invite, the agent joining the call already briefed, and the transcript coming back afterwards are all shipped and running.

The boundary you need to know before you scope an offer, because it is the thing most likely to differ from what you are imagining: agents join video meetings — Google Meet and Kontur Talk. There is no telephony. Nothing here answers a phone number, dials out, or sits in a call queue. If your offer is “AI answers my customer’s phone”, this is not that product, and finding out now is cheaper for both of us than finding out after you have sold it.

What it is good at is the call your customer already agreed to have: booked, at a URL, with a person who chose to show up. That is a narrower promise and a much better-kept one.

Also worth knowing: the persona and what it may commit to are configuration, so the quality of the call tracks the quality of the character you write. And a full branded lead-capture-to-call product — your own intake, your own pipeline view, your own customers’ records — is more than the invite API on its own; talk to us about where that boundary should sit for you.
